Position Description:The talent acquisition specialist will play a critical and leading role by partnering with all stakeholders to support business operation and expansion at KMK Consulting Inc. Primary Responsibilities:Full life-cycle recruiting for top talent in life science industry mainly focus on pharmaceutical commercial analytics and operations, advanced analytics, information management, business intelligence, technology and software development, market research, etc.Work closely with key business stakeholders in a cross-functional team to gain in-depth knowledge of talent and skillset demands to fulfill increasing needs effectively and efficiently, which may include but not limited to:Draft and refine job descriptions by incorporating input from business stakeholdersLeveraging Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting channels (LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize outreach for posting positionsOrganize, screen and identify relevant candidates for business stakeholdersFacilitate and coordinate on all necessary steps until position being successfully filledCollect feedback from business stakeholders to constantly optimize process and outcomeUtilize strategic, diverse and effective sourcing strategies and various tools to network through industry contacts, association memberships and employees to engage and source qualified candidates and create strong talent pool and pipelinePropose constructive suggestions on current recruiting process and company value propositions, such as position and title system, compensation structures, etc.Assist business stakeholders on both short-term and long-term resource planningPlan, organize and lead campus recruiting exercises to meet business needs Requirement:Minimum 5-year recruiting experience in health care industry with focus on analytics and technology spaceExcellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient in Excel and PowerPointFamiliar with US immigration process including CPT/OPT, H1b and Green CardOrganized, accountable and thorough on record keeping
