Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Real World Evidence (RWE) Programmer, mainly use SQL and SAS. This position is responsible for the execution of all observational database analytics and evidence synthesis with minimal supervision.
Job DescriptionExecute RWE studies/analyses by SAS/R + SQL based on claim database, EMR database, registry data and public used files.
Generate high quality, readily interpretable deliverables (e.g., data tables, graphs, charts, study reports) based upon protocol or table shell.
Effectively document and communicate requirements, timelines and progress of deliverables.
Assist with validation of databases and software as needed
Contribute to the development of standardized programming and processes.
Contribute to knowledge sharing, ideas and information relating to programming and observational databases.

RequirementsMinimum MS in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, health policy, computer science or similar.
At least 2 years” hands-on programming experience in observational data (claims, EHR and registry data) studies.
Professional programming skills with SAS/R and SQL. Python programming experience is a plus.
Has foundation and understanding on basic statistical techniques, such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, etc.
Good interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills and a great attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing, diverse, and matrix environment.
Motivated, inquisitive and able to readily take ownership of responsibilities
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
