Monté is a Principal of Commercial Strategy who couples deep expertise as a brand strategist with a legal background to deliver innovative solutions to complex commercial challenges. She has over 25 years of marketing experience where she developed and compliantly executed winning commercial strategies across the drug lifecycle.
Working closely with the insights and analytics practices, Monté partners with clients to develop and execute innovative approaches to achieve brand goals and improve patient outcomes.

Monté is a creative problem-solver who consistently exceeds performance targets with direct accountability for building and leading high-performing teams; C-suite consultations and solution delivery; strategy development and brand management. Her expertise includes new product development; go-to-market strategy development and execution; lifecycle management, including LoE planning; omnichannel marketing and campaign development. She has extensive expertise in a variety of therapeutic areas, including cardiometabolic disease; neuroscience; virology; infectious disease; immunology; oncology and rare disease.

Career Background

Monté brings a wealth of experience in the life sciences industry to her role at KMK. After graduating from Columbia Business School, she began her career as a sales representative and market research analyst at Merck. She transitioned to BMS in several global roles, including business development and licensing and global marketing. She leveraged her field experience and legal background to develop and execute winning marketing strategies in primary care and specialty practices. At BMS, she developed a representation for being the “go-to-person” for sculpting fog. Before joining our team, she served as an associate principal of growth marketing and strategy and transformation at ZS associates. She also led a large contract commercial organization for an emerging biotech in Canada where worked directly with the CEO and CCO to launch specialty pharmaceutical products in the US, Canada and Europe.
