The Manager, Advanced Analytics will support the KMK commercial analytics business unit by taking a lead role on client and internal projects and staff development. The role will be responsible for partnering with client Analytics, Marketing & Sales teams to provide data driven business insights, reporting, and analytical projects to drive business performance.  A premium will be placed on communication, strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical ability. This role will have high visibility to Senior Management and Brand & Sales Directors within the client business unit. This role will manage a team of consultants in our India location to support day to day client and company internal activities.
  Key responsibilities:  
Work with US Pharma clients to understand their analytics and business needs for developing and delivering solutions that will provide critical insights through sophisticated analyses and data modeling

Deliver analytics projects for clients or teams within the Life Science industry. Projects will be primarily related to (but not limited to) brand analytics, patient analytics, forecasting, commercial launch readiness and performance, marketing campaign evaluation, customer segmentation and ad-hoc analysis

Apply advanced statistical, econometric and optimization models and algorithms to real-world business problems

Work hands-on with client business teams and lead KMK delivery teams

Make presentations and data insight driven recommendations to clients

Design project plans and manage client expectations and communication plans for project delivery.

Create documents such as business requirements, functional requirements, business rules, analytics plans, quality checklists, etc. for use by both internal and external customers

Develop internal training materials

Coach, develop and manage KMK staff
