Nurturing a sense of community has been a top priority for KMK, especially in recent years as more employees began working from home. They’ve initiated new employee engagement programs including weekly yoga sessions and monthly trivia nights and have organized various outdoor excursions and nights out to engage employees in healthy and fun-filled activities. KMK President Dani Heywood also holds monthly town hall-style meetings to update employees on business developments and encourage them to share their ideas to maintain transparency within the organization.
