Jing has been working with KMK for over ten years and is currently leading the Commercial Strategy and Operations division. Jing and her global team work closely with KMK’s emerging and mid-size pharmaceutical clients to map out the commercial and launch strategies and help them establish alliances with key customers in the pharmaceutical and life science landscapes to boost their commercial efforts and drive business growth. Jing leverages her analytical and leadership abilities to bring value to her clients by resolving complicated problems with a practical approach.
Jing is an expert management consultant in the Life Sciences industry. She has a wealth of expertise and experience in product launch planning, forecasting, field force design and optimization, incentive compensation, commercial operation, marketing analytics, and commercial data assessment and analytics. She is skilled at coming up innovative approaches to help clients to address their unique challenges, effectively communicating project goals and solutions, creating frontline channels and operations to enable headquarters and field force to make informed decisions, and adapting their commercial strategies to the dynamic healthcare landscape while accomplishing organizational objectives.
Jing joined KMK in 2012 as a consultant for a client-based role. Jing started building up KMK’s Boston office and team and led the business development effort in the Boston market since 2019. And today, with her commitment to clients and growth mindset, she reached the top leadership position as a Principal for Commercial Strategy & Operations. Jing graduated from Cornell University with a master’s in Applied Statistics after receiving her bachelor’s degree in Public Finance, and Taxation.
