Devon plays an integral role in driving our integrated insights thinking, defining best practices, developing new approaches, and driving partnerships with our clients. With her 25+ years of experience in marketing, marketing research, and consulting, Devon is helping to shape and integrate our market research and data integration processes to ensure we are truly supporting the Insights & Analytics function at our clients.

Devon’s expertise lies in leading the design and management of primary market research. She specializes in guiding integrated approaches. Assembling and collaborating with cross-functional teams is one of Devon’s core strengths. Her impressive track record spans the entire product lifecycle, encompassing successful brand launches, life cycle management initiatives, and insightful competitive assessments.

Throughout her career, Devon has built strong relationships and partnered with various internal and external stakeholders, including insight partners, brand teams, market access specialists, creative agencies, clinical experts, regulatory counterparts, country affiliates, analytic professionals, forecasting consultants, sales leaders, sales trainers, and customer engagement specialists.

 Her thought leadership on the evolution of the Pharma sales models in the post-COVID era, backed by comprehensive research, earned her a Client Impact Award. This award is a testament to Devon’s ability to translate complex market shifts into actionable insights for practical implementation. 

Career Background

Devon started her career with a strong foundation in secondary data analytics at a data provider (Symphony Health). There, she excelled as a statistician, utilizing complex real-world data coupled with primary research and advanced methods to solve business challenges. This experience became the springboard for her continuous growth. Throughout her career, Devon has consistently shown a fervor for solving complex problems, taking on leadership roles in market research and consulting companies.

Devon’s strong analytical foundation is rooted in her academic background. She holds a Master of Science in Mathematics with a focus on Statistics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

Devon’s expertise in primary and secondary research, coupled with her collaborative spirit and experience with data-driven approach, has significantly strengthened our differentiation around integration.
