Prediction by Early Detection
⦿ Aimed to find out how to get away with cardiovascular disease by analyzing hundreds of cases of illness as data points and 16 risk factors as predict variables. Tested samples using the prediction model constructed by regression method for accuracy. Further investigated the prediction of CVDs and found out 8 symptoms as the significant factors.
Demographic Data Analysis on Tumor PET/CT Images:
⦿ Assisted in analyzing and processing raw data from National Cancer Database, Orphanet, and etc. for developing an objective and quantitative criterion to aid cancer diagnosis with a focus on the radiomics analysis of Positron Emission Tomography/ Computed Tomography (PET/CT) images. Visualized the data with scatter chart to easily locate the key points with high concentrations of radioactive tracer.
