KMK Leadership

Michael Karbachinskiy


Michael is President and founder of KMK Consulting, Inc. Michael is an expert in targeting, promotional evaluation, and technology and data warehouse design. He has been an instrumental force in designing and executing the Novartis Marketing Science data warehouse structure, campaign ROI evaluation, and overall analytics support. Previously, Michael was in charge of statistical development programming at AT&T and was responsible for setting up financial and marketing programming design and evaluation for credit card portfolios for several large banks.

Greg Chu


Greg Chu leads the market research practice. With over 20 years experience in market research and business analytics, Greg is known for delivering compelling, evidence-based strategic guidance to healthcare clients across a wide range of brand and commercial issues.  His career spans both client and agency, global and US, having led research and analytics departments at Merck & Co., Forest Labs, Novartis and Synovate Healthcare.  Prior to joining KMK, Greg was global head of innovation at Ipsos Healthcare where he developed a number of innovative brand strategy and market analytics services.

Ning Jia


Ning has spent last 10 years supporting and leading analytical and operational engagement with various clients in life science industry. Her areas of expertise include targeting, call planning, incentive compensation, sales team structure and optimization, marketing science, brand analytics, campaign ROI evaluation and resource allocation. With a comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience of customers’ analytical needs, she leads the KMK onshore and offshore analytics group providing managed services in the full spectrum of sales force effectiveness, marketing science, advanced brand and commercial analytics, and reporting. Ning holds masters degree from Lehigh University in both Statistics and Electrical Engineering,
